Clothing POS
A billing and shop-management system for ready-made clothing stores that keeps working when the internet does not.
Most small clothing shops run the counter on a notebook, a calculator and a lot of memory. That works until the shop gets busy, and then come the slow queues, the totals that do not add up, and the item that was definitely sold but still shows in stock. This replaces it with one system for the whole shop, on the shop's own computer, with no subscription and no connection needed to make a sale.

Clothing POS in use.
One sale updates everything
A cashier scans a barcode, or searches by name, brand or category, and the item lands on the bill with the right price. The running total, the discount and the payment are on the same screen.
The sale is recorded, the stock count drops, and the receipt prints with the shop's name, address, phone and tax details. A part-finished bill can be held, the next customer served, and the held bill picked up again with every line intact.
Stock, returns and the day's numbers
Deliveries arrive through a stock-in screen that records the supplier and a note, so new stock is added to the count deliberately rather than by guesswork. Low-stock alerts show which styles and categories need reordering before the shelf is empty.
Returns are handled from the original sale: choose the items and quantities coming back, record how the money was refunded, and the stock is restored automatically.
Reports answer what sold today, how the month is tracking, which styles are actually selling and what is running low, and export for an accountant or a deeper look in a spreadsheet. A one-click backup keeps a copy that can be restored if the machine is replaced.
Built for clothing, not adapted from a grocery till
Every product carries a brand, category, size and colour, so the range is organised the way a clothing shop actually thinks about it, and search works across all four.
Admin and cashier accounts keep products, stock entries, shop settings and backups with the owner, while cashiers get a fast, focused billing screen.
Why the counter stays calm
The records live on the shop's own computer, so a dropped connection or a busy afternoon does not stop a sale.
